Vibe-o-Verse.

AI enablement hub I designed, built, and ran for a whole org of designers — ahead of the company-wide 300% productivity mandate. The Cursor prompt spellbook.

Already the setter.

Vibe-o-Verse is the AI enablement hub I built before the org-wide 300% productivity mandate landed — a Cursor prompt spellbook and a full program for an organization of designers at Salesforce. Concept, design, build, and the ongoing program were all mine.

  • The hub itself — Cursor Prompt Spellbook, office hours, starter kits, and a case-study engine, shipped on Next.js and Heroku.
  • An XS All Hands talk plus a 3-part series, taking the whole of Experience Services and Human-Centered Change through the practice.
  • Weekly office hours — a live, ongoing program rather than a one-time launch, so the team kept compounding.

Prompt spellbook

A reusable Cursor prompt library so practitioners start from proven patterns, not a blank page.

Presentations

XS All Hands talk + AI Lunch & Learn — each doubles as reusable documentation.

Office hours

A weekly standing slot + a 3-part series, so teams keep compounding the method.

Starter kits

GitHub kits + DevBar onboarding that strip toolchain setup so the next person ships day one.

Case-study engine

A built-in way to capture and share wins back into the practice.

What people said

Leverage model

Illustrative annual capacity unlocked, using a conservative source-doc productivity factor (≈ $600K per 10 enabled practitioners). The point isn't the exact figure — it's that an enablement hub turns one person's method into the whole org's baseline.

Projected capacity, not realized revenue — an illustrative model

$9M+
Projected capacity · 150-person cohort.
$30M+
