On Salesforce programs — Bell Canada, MarketWise and others — I skip the static Figma handoff and design straight in working prototype. I turned that into a repeatable system, then built the enablement so the rest of the practice could deliver the same way.

Bell Canada · Lead Experience Architect

Bell's "Cornerstone" Consumer Transformation: Communications Cloud + Agentforce + Data Cloud + MuleSoft. I built and shipped a functional Agentforce PLM demo to Bell's sandbox via Heroku in under two weeks — FDE-level output delivered by an XA. To ramp a mid-engagement team, I stood up a NotebookLM tribal-knowledge base that cut discovery onboarding by roughly 70%.

The $40M spans the program's phases — $11M Plan, $28.7M Scaling, and a $7M follow-on win — extended through 2027+.

Independently conceived, designed, and shipped Vibe-o-Verse — a live AI enablement hub for Experience Services + Human-Centered Change. Presentations, weekly office hours, three-part series, starter kits, case-study engine. Built and ran before the company-wide 300% AI productivity mandate landed.

Portfolio Bot auto-generates each teammate's portfolio passively from Org62, Trailhead, and Skills Hub data. V2MOM Bot does time-based goal tracking in Slack so nobody schedules a meeting just to maintain hygiene. Estimated 2–3 hours per week reclaimed per teammate covered.

Established instant credibility. Followed up by co-authoring practice IP and running the org's first AI Lunch & Learn — before any formal AI enablement program existed.

Mar–Nov 2023 · Stellantis + Cisco — Solo XA across two Cisco platforms.

Independent delivery under ambiguity. Early AI synthesis a full year before MarketWise.

Nov 2023–Jan 2025 · Apple — 14 months. Multi-track. GPA/GPO sign-off.

Took over leadership of design activities and presented outputs to the customer to drive alignment. Delivered high-fidelity wireframes when the timeline compressed from 12 weeks to 2.

May–Jul 2025 · SiriusXM — Independent service design + method R&D.

While the engagement ran, started testing Cursor + Claude Code for LWC delivery — the method later proven on MarketWise and Bell.

Jan–Mar 2026 · MarketWise — The agentic LWC method, proven.

Sandbox LWC prototypes, user testing, Heroku readout, client testimonial. Three months later, leadership asked me to brief other teams on the method.

Apr 2026–present · Bell Canada — $40M Lead XA. Cornerstone Consumer Transformation.

Simultaneous strategic client ownership, executive trust, and cross-functional leadership. Concurrently recruited into the CTO-office agent initiative.
